Dr. Hyeon Jin Kim

Founder and the President of SNJ Pharma

Dr. Kim is responsible for the management and business development of SNJ Pharma as well as JINIS Inc, the R/D partner in Korea. She is also the author of prestigious scientific publications as well as the inventor of 30 global patents of JINIS Inc. Before JINIS, she obtained her Ph.D. in 2000 in Molecular Pharmacology and Biological Chemistry at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, USA. She is also recognized by many awards including Venture Idea Award (UTC), National Prestigious Scientist of the Year (BRIC), Who’s Who in Business (Marquis), Technology Innovation Award (Korean SBA), Excellent Technology (KOTEC), Global Innovation Award (Univ. of Texas), etc.

Dr. Seong Hong

Scientific Advisor of SNJ Pharma

Dr. Seong Hong, Professor at Jeonbuk National University Medical School, is responsible for the research strategy of SNJ Pharma as well as JINIS Inc, the R/D partner in Korea. Dr. Hong is also the author of 115 scientific publications with 2,322 citations. He is also the inventor of 30 global patents of JINIS Inc. Before joining Jeonbuk University, he was a Senior Researcher at ENH Research Institute, after his post-doctoral training at Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Hong obtained his Ph.D. in 1996 at Oregon State University, Oregon, USA. He has been recognized by many awards, including Merrill Lynch Innovation Award, National Prestigious Scientist of the Year (BRIC), National Scholarship (South Korea), The Best Professor Award (JBNU), etc.
