With over 25 years of biotechnology leadership experience, she focuses on advancing therapeutics development toward IND approval. Dr. Kim has successfully guided multiple programs to achieve two First-in-Human IND approvals and holds more than 70 patents as an inventor. Additionally, she has been recognized with the 2026 Amgen Golden Ticket Award for her contributions, including work on a novel thrombolytic agent.
